Using Groovy House
Groovy House is a parent-managed family service for AI assistance, family Chats, shared information, and connected services. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to create and administer a House. The House Owner is responsible for family profiles, invitations, permissions, and children's use of the service.
AI and connected services
AI output can be incomplete or wrong and should be checked before it is relied on. Groovy House is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. When you connect an outside service, its own terms and charges also apply. Groovies can prepare certain outside actions, but Groovy House requires a House grown-up to approve the exact action before it is sent or placed.
House Phone and Twilio
Groovy House may use Twilio to place a one-way automated call prepared in a Chat. A House grown-up must approve the exact destination and spoken message first. Do not place spam, deceptive, harassing, emergency, or unlawful calls, and call only people who have consented.
Plans and AI Credits
Paid plans renew until canceled. The price and included AI Credits are shown before checkout. Optional Credit reloads remain off unless the House Owner enables them. Canceling stops future subscription renewals but does not erase charges already incurred through Groovy House or a connected provider such as Twilio.
Acceptable use
Do not use Groovy House to break the law, harm or exploit a child, impersonate another person, invade privacy, distribute malware, bypass safety controls, or interfere with the service. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect families, providers, or the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give Groovy House permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the features you choose. You are responsible for having permission to share content and contact information with the House.
Service changes and responsibility
Features may change as the service develops. To the extent allowed by law, Groovy House is provided without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
